I don't get it, what does this chart show?
It shows total number of 12 points won with either jury or televote. (Or not won in Tusse's case.)

As for my two cents, if the system is working properly then a bit of difference is to be expected. However, some of those huge differences scream suggest jury bias. And setting aside 2022, an average of less than one televote 12-points per year is not the record you'd expect of a Eurovision powerhouse, never mind a two-time winner over that period.

Only 1.14% of the songs that have been submitted for Melodifestivalen will compete in the live shows. Let's hope that at least some of that 1% will be written entirely by new songwriters.

What's the point of having a high number of submitted entires if we're getting 10 old-fashioned pop songs, 2-3 obligatory "fun" entries in Swedish and maybe 2-3 competitive entries composed by the same people all over again.

Don't get me wrong.. the sheer number of applications is really impressive but I just hope SVT (despite being very successful) comes up with more diverse semi finals + increases the overall quality.

The final usually is really strong but dunno, I think that the semi finals/heats have become quite unnecessary at this point (not in terms of viewing figures and fandom - but dunno, musically speaking).

I don't think even the finals haven't been strong for quite a while. 2020 was the last year were there was more than 2 contenders at a final.

2020 had only 2 Contenders (Mamas and Dotter).
2021 on the other Hand had Tusse, Eric Saade (who could have won Eurovison), both Klaras, Dotter + other good Songs (Danny, Charlotte).
Marcus and Martinus would have been Contenders if they competed in any other Year than 2023.

In what universe is Every Minute Eurovision winner quality? At best it would have done what Dance You Off did
