Considering juries are in and care mostly about live vocals, it's a safe bet to say both Yulia and Lena would fail cause they both suck live.
I loved t.A.T.u., but their solo stuff have been more or less horrible so based on that material I wouldn't like to see any of them.

I doubt highely that Lena Katina wants back to ESC as much we wish, she now is bussy making his records in L.A and had many projects that will keep her bussy

However, I do agree that the Russian finals have been a disaster, 90% of the songs are barely music. But with that said, it's not true about Russian music in general, unfortunately the better artists and popular acts doesn't want to take part in their selections.

Swedish acts are very popular in Russia and Sweden hosts the ESC, so I think a Russian artist feat. someone from Sweden or viceversa would be the logical choice. Something like this:
