I'm not sure if it'll be enough but I'm glad they've put effort into elevating the staging and the styling.

I think it might depend on what other countries are doing now, I could maybe see Ireland slipping through instead of Luxembourg if they don't elevate their performance well.

I really like the pics for this, I was concerned when they hinted at it being similar to the NF but it looks like elevated nicely.

Yeah the rehearsal description didn't really do it justice. The pics look decent.
I'm going to try to hold off on watching rehearsal clips this year, if they are released to us. I might make an exception for Ireland

I'd like to hold off, but I fear I have no self control.

One of the catchiest choruses of the entire ESC history. xheat
If she can sing, I do see a universe where this could qualify.
I'm a bit worried about her vocals tho ngl it's not an easy song to sing.

I really hope she nails it and this could go viral post-ESC if it makes it to the final.

Unfortunately she really can't sing this song live. Her voice doesn't fit this kind of song in my opinion.

The dog graphic on the screen behind her is cute and eyecatching. The theme might strike a chord with some viewers.

Still not convinced it's qualifying although the pics look decent. If it had a late running order I'd be more optimistic, I think it's gonna get overshadowed

Despite being Irish, I like to think I'm not biased, as I always say when I think an Irish entry is awful. We've had many of them. I said though that Bambie thug was a top 3 or top 5 contender last year and they were.

This year my initial opinion after the late late performance was a mere 20% qualification chance. But I knew ireland usually have a glow up on the larger stage with modern acoustics.

Based on the images we've seen and the quick snippet released (the video snippet I'd say is from near the end of the performance as we get more dark looking "space" scenes before this based on images), I'd put her qualifications up to around 55%. Slightly more likely than unlikely as the vocals are decent, the staging decent, it has better than many other acts on stageing and it's an ear worm.

What's working against Emmy, is the placement now. If it was second half, I'd say 60% qualification chance. But it's a contender for an 9th or 10th place qualification all the same. A few others in that mix though, so it won't be easy. It will also depend on Luxembourg and what they pull off.

This is my favourite Irish entry I've heard (so from the 2009-2025), it's so cute, so catchy, the tribute to Laika is unbelievably sweet and makes me pretty emotional, I think it'll have a tough time in the semi final but I'm hoping it can surprise everyone (me included) and make it, gooooo Emmy xheart

We're a bit unlucky not to be in the same SF as Norway. They'd give at least 8 points which could be the difference between Q and NQ.
We'll get a few points from Australia and UK. Need more widespread support to qualify though.

I find it hilarious how this song has a 51% chance of qualifying according to the bookies, yet the way certain fans talk about out you’d think it only had a 5% chance or something like that 😂

I really hope she makes the final. She may not be Irish, but you guys have got such a fantastic representative. So much better than some from previous years.

This is one of the worst songs this decade, along with Ukraine and Croatia.
