On a contract like Im on, voting numbers like for Eurovision are charged extra, on-top of your monthly charge. Maybe it's different in Azerbaijan I dont know?

It depend countries and which relation has with Operating company. if person is vip for the company, so they don't need extra charge for whichever contest is.
