Quite some movement there. Ukraine finally got to where it most probably deserves to be. It's an astounding song with a matching performance. Poor Serhat just couldn't hold on any longer. For the time being i'd also put Young Georgian Lolitaz ahead of him as well. Czech Republic who had the best staging of the year (in my opinion) move up to 4th. It's so close between the top 4. I love them all near enough equally. My favourite top 4 since 2012 when it was Rona, Kaliopi, Valentina and Sofi

Welcoming to my top 10 Croatia. By far the biggest grower of the year. This was around the 20 mark for me but the performance totally won me over. It was really magic. Not far behind is my other grower, Bulgaria. A really charming performance, and i'm genuinely enjoying the song now, strangely enough as it's not something i'd usually listen to.

Same here It's growing on me so much too while it's not the type of music I tend to listen to either. Did they perform black magic when writing that song? I didn't think I would love it so much now

This is kinda hard to do, as I totally fell in love with Frans at the final, and now I'm comparing this with Jüri's terrible performance (but great song) in the semi...

I don't rate my own country. I thought it would fly right to the final, but...

Some thoughts:

• Croatia (Nina) sang really well in the semi, but she totally lost it in the final. Still a beautiful song.
• Azerbaijan somehow did nothing for me in the final. Not the best voice performance, plus the sound being a bitch on my channel. It also drowned out the UK lads.
• UK staying in the same place, albeit in totally different groups. Joe & Jake, you were awesome!!
• Italy's entry become so incredibly boring on the stage. 12 points from our jury, didn't see that coming...
