Bilingual songs spin off won Didn't see that coming! Who wants to host?

Can someone explain to me what we mean by bilingual? For example, must the song have both languages in the same amount or can it be a song in one language with just a few words or the title in another language?

It's not enough if we have just the title in another language .
We can accept songs like this or even with 2-3 lyrics in another language...
