After two incredibly interesting semi-finals, Moldova has chosen 16 songs to advance to the national final of O Melodie Pentru Europa (A Song for Europe) tomorrow, March 15.

Each semi-final had  12 contestants each, with 7 going through to the final on a combination of jury and televote, and one qualifier going through after an additional televote among the non-qualifiers.

The qualifiers from the first semi-final are:

  8. Paralela 47 – “Fragmente”,

  1. Cristina Scarlat – “Wild Soul”
  2. Mikaella – “Follow Your Dreams”
  3. Curly – “Your Recovery”
  4. Lucia S. – “Frozen” 
  5. Edict – “Forever”
  6. Diana Staver – “One and All”
  7. Aurel Chirtoacă – “Urme de iubiri”
  8. Margarita Ciorici & Metafora – “Vis” .
