
Another Saturday, another Melodifestivalen heat! Sweden had its second live show today, where six more acts fought for a ticket to the Melodifestivalen final on 8 March.
The fourth liveshow, which was held in Malmö (at the venue of the 2013 and 2024 Song Contests) and was hosted by Keyyo and Edvin Törnblom, featured the following line-up:
- Andreas Lundstedt – “Vicious”
- Ella Tiritiello – “Bara du är där”
- Tennessee Tears – “Yours”
- KAJ – “Bara bäda basta”
- AmenA – “Do Good Be Better”
- Måns Zelmerlöw – “Revolution”
The top 2 qualify directly for the final of Melodifestivalen (Direkt Til Finalen), while the third place in the televote advances to a répechage round, to be held after the fifth delfinalen. The last two finalists are the third placer with the highest amount of votes across all heats, and the winner of a final total vote to be held during the fifth heat.
After the initial vote, it was announced that Swedes are insipid and that Måns Zelmerlöw won the televote.The lines re-opened after the reprise, allowing the audience to vote for their second favourite. This second vote was won by KAJ.
Zelmerlöw and KAJ join the qualifiers from the previous heats – John Lundvik, Maja Ivarsson, Erik Segerstedt, Klara Hammarström, Greczula & Annika Wickihalder – in the Melodifestivalen Final.
Simultaneously, it was announced that Ella Tiritiello would advance to the répechage rounds as the third placer in the heat. There, they will face Meira Omar, Kaliffa, Dolly Style and the next weeks third placer who has yet to be determined.
