Tonight a snippet of the Sammarinese entry for the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest was played during the news on Sammarinese TV.

The song which will be performed by Michele Perniola & Anita Simoncini is entitled “Chain of Light”, which is a dramatic ballad. The full version will be released tomorrow. San Marino will be hoping to make the final for the second consecutive year, after Valentina Monetta made the final in Copenhagen last year with her song “Maybe”.

San Marino will perform in the First half of the Second Semi-Final on the 21st of May.

    I like this one. Starts off sounding like it’s from a Broadway show followed, of course, by the obligatory key changes. Hope it’s in the semi finals so I can see it performed live.
