On october 19th, for the first time an Eurovision winner entered the stage at an OGAE Austria fanclub meeting. The 1973 winner Anne Marie David was the star and highlight of a great fan’s night at the event-bar “Gugg” in Vienna. Anne Marie David impressed during her 45-minutes concert, performing of course her Eurovision classics “Tu Te Reconnaitras” and “Je Suis L’Enfant Soleil” and proved  that she hasn’t lost any of her energy and talent 40 years after her victory for Luxembourg.

The second star of the night which was hosted by Reinhard Ehret from OGAE Germany, was Conchita Wurst, who showed up for a surprise appearance. Conchita will represent Austria at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2014. During an interview on stage with OGAE Austria president Markus Tritremmel, Conchita gave the audience a small glimpse of how she will select her song for Copenhagen.
