Germany and Switzerland fought for points until the very end, and Switzerland eventually cinched the first FSC victory of 2015, with Mich Gerber and Jaël’s “Zeit die dir noch bleibt” getting 133 points.

Gerber and Jaël, both from Bern, Switzerland, collaborated on this somber ballad which featured on Gerber’s 2014 EP 1476. Gerber is known for his masterful technique with the upright bass, while singer-songwriter Jaël is best known as the lead singer for the band Lunik, which has since disbanded; her first solo album is due for release in 2015.
