After Destiny Chukunyere took to the Sofia stage in November and wowed the voters gaining the post points and bringing the Junior Eurovision trophy to Malta for the second time in three years, people have been wondering whether Malta would host the 2016 contest.
Today it has been announced that Malta will in fact host the 2016 edition and it will be held in the Maltese capital, Valletta! Two years ago it was held in Malta Ship Building in Marsa.
The 2016 contest will take place on the 20th of November.
