Unsure what exactly the cutoff is for a ''joke act'', but I always had a soft spot for both Telex-Euro-Vision and We Are the Winners, Scooch based on the song I didn't think were as horrendous as people said considering they did come immediately after Daz Sampson and Andy Abraham was maybe a bit boring but they are admittedly nowhere near as good as Steps for me and 22nd/23rd out of 42 seemed about the right position to me.

What truly is a joke entry? Is it an entry that tries to tell us a joke? I'd venture to say "no." 2007, for example, may be a very witty and a very absurd entry, but for someone like Verka, comedy is serious business. For me, a joke entry is an entry that is primarily enjoyed as a joke, almost exclusively unintentionally. And something like that is often very individual. So here's my personal top 5 that I'm still kind of figuring out:
