I thought just last edition i wasnt able to participate. nOw this edition as well?. i dont get it since I'm not considered on the OP list. so till when i will be able to participate if I vote?

You have to vote in two consecutive WV finals while on the OP before you can then take part.

I joined the OP at the start of WV31 and voted in that edition, so if I vote in WV32, it means that Andalucía can debut in WV33. Trece can clarify if this is the same for you - I'm not sure when you joined the OP group
