So sad to say, but :ch: Swiss song is DSQ, because it participated in WV15 from Bern and it was discovered only now.

Sadly :ch: didn't provide back up entry, so fully DSQ from this edition.

It is not that simple to check over 50 songs every edition. That's easier to check participants only their songs. Isn't it?

Of course it takes a lot of time to check 60 songs every edition, but that is why we have mods in the first place. It might be difficult to find out whether an artist is from a specific region (especially if it's an unknown artist) and that might require hours of research. But doing a quick search in the WV database takes literally seconds.

Obviously participants should check their entries as well before sending them! I'm not saying they should let the mods do all the work. But when an entry is confirmed by a mod, that means they have checked that it is eligible, which should include past entries. Granted, mistakes can happen and they do happen (we're all human beings), but it's just surprising this happened when it's so easily checked by everyone involved.
