1. Any nation who took part in at least one WLSC edition between editions 21 and 40 is allowed to take part
2. The entry must be one of the songs you sent to the above-mentioned editions
3. Songs which took part in NSC are not allowed
4. WLSC winners are not allowed

Deadline is in the title, it ends on Saturday/Sunday night, so the show will be posted sometime on Sunday

New rule:

"Songs which took part in NSC before WLSC are not allowed"

I was informed that this rule is necessary for a WLSC congratulations edition.

The song that I sent has taken part firstly in WLSC and before that WLSC edition overs also took part in NSC too. Would it be problem?

Syntax

From what I recall, your entry was sent to NSC after you sent it to WLSC, so it's allowed.

I used before for overing edition. I meant I sent the song first and our edition began. So on, after our edition starts, also, paralelly used in NSC after time. Whatever, it is allowed. 3
