It takes place after every 20 editions, I think, so there will be another congrats after WLSC60

We'll all meet in NSC eventually
It's bittersweet feeling, because I'm uber-glad that I'll (hopefully) join NSC after 1 year and 1 month of waiting, but on the other hand, I'll miss WLSC, and I also have never won WLSC

I'm so sad that this may be Oussouland's last edition, but at least it was on a milestone, like 10 Regions of Mobius.
