Well...were you disqualified? Nah, it's fine BUT obviously if you can bring something totally brand new to the table we would prefer that NSC entries are allowed but not really encouraged

I'm very disappointed with the results. I was expecting a better placing for Vitas, but anyway it depends on everyone's taste. I will keep on sending entries to the WLSC. Congratulations to Paperland. The soviets in Neajlov gave it 12 points! Well done!

You're allowed to use anything that hasn't been in ESC/JESC/a NF for either but you don't necessarily have to stick to non-NSC stuff After all, Save Me and Valged Ööd have already been in NSC before =P
