Sooo NSC voted and the Waiting List Song Contest can begin. As I said, I woud host the first contest, and then after that it will be hosted by the winner/highest placing of the contest 
THE RULES
The rules are the same as in NSC, you cannot enter songs that have been entered, the same artist cannot be entered twice in one edition etc. but since this is a contest separate from NSC, you can enter whatever song you like, even if it has previously participated in NSC. Those who don't vote will receive a 75 percent point penalty Sooo confirm now, PM me your entries
I won't set a deadline yet since all countries are eager to start, but if you haven't confirmed by Saturday 15th January at the latest then you will have to sit out until next edition, if everyone on the WL has confirmed, or confirmed that they won't be entering, then it can begin ASAP.
