Yay, year randomizer again! Finally! Will it be done the usual way, where first people get to suggest one year each and these years are then randomized and given to everybody?

Yeah I wont take part (or host if marc refuses). I have such terrible luck in this spin off and I don't want to be landed with 1945 or something again.

Future host of contest, just take all years from 1950 to 2019 and do the draw.
Personally I don't have any problems even with 1920s decade.

It's better that we do it the way we've done before, where the participants get to suggest the years. There will be more of a spread throughout the decades this way. Otherwise, we could end up with like 10 songs from the same decade, or a situation where one poor soul ends up with a year from the 1950s and the rest with 2000-2010s.

I'm not used to be last, so don't have anything my competition with 50s song against only 21st century entries.

Also you always can have funny mood and select any the pre 50s year or even the year from last decade of 19th century.
