For about 2008-2011 semi final 2 was ALWAYS the best one. But in 2012 the best semi final that has ever been held was the first semi final in 2012. And this year the first semi final is the best one again.

Semi 1, most of my favorites are there. Belgium, Lithuania, Serbia, Moldova, NL. Only Israel and Norway are missing.

Amusingly enough, I'm pretty much the opposite - there are a bunch of my favourites in SF1 (Denmark, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova) but apart from that it seems weak to me, while SF2 has less songs that I feel strongly about but in my eyes has a higher average quality.

I can't see any reason to watch 2 semi . There are only 5 of 17 entries I can listen with open ears + no possibility to vote. This is the first time when I have to miss some part of Eurovision but no another way.

Yeah me too, my overall favourite, Norway is in Semi Final 2 but there are more great songs in the first

Without a doubt the 2nd semi-final I am most looking forward to. With the exception of Finland, there is nothing in it that offends me too much. My four favourites San Marino, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Romania are in this semi.. plus i'm looking forward to Iceland, Albania, Norway, Israel, Greece and Malta.

In comparison the first semi only has one entry i'm really looking forward to thats in my top 5 and thats Moldova. Then I also have The Netherlands and Ukraine.. and I suppose Croatia, Estonia too. Meh it's not an exciting start to the contest.


France and UK i'm really excited for in the final..

I suppose it's not such a bad year after all, looking at it. 17 songs i'm looking forward is not bad.

Russia have never left semi final 1..
This year Finland will let go of their home in semi final 1.

Semi-final 1 is very tough and better ! Pity we vote in the 2nd. I only like Finland there. So my money will go for France Telecom and Finland !
