The obvious one is Olly Alexander.

I'm not sure Joost has 'regrets' despite his bad experience, as Europapa is doing very well.

Other than Olly, I'd say Eden Golan, Natalia Barbu, Megara, Gåte and Hera Björk

Olly kind of sees 0 from the televote as a slay moment - he came to do a job and did it well. His career won't be impacted by the scores at all. Besides, he's made friends for life I think.

I think Eden Golan will regret it in the years to come

He responded very graciously to the zero points

Hopefully nobody.

But 0 points for Olly can hurt one's pride. And Natalia Barbu wasn't self aware enough to take her loss gracieusly. And the most obvious one: Joost :(

Honestly, I think the fact that Dizzy has hardly set the world on fire in terms of sales and streaming numbers since it was released is a bigger worry for Olly than the fact he flopped at Eurovision. An underwhelming result at a contest like this you can get beyond in time. The fact no one really gave a stuff that he was doing in the contest doesn't paint a rosy picture of his solo career unless he has some killer single waiting in the wings to turn things around.

Whilst it isn't within the spirit of the question I can see some of the acts that took part in the Late Late Show selection program regretting taking part. Some might well have hoped Bambi would have flopped as it would have made them look far better and a far better bet than Bambi would have been. And now it makes them look significantly less impressive as a result given that Bambi has done better than any other Irish act since 2000.

Hera and Natalia ruined their white vest.
Gate and Ollys Career will take some damage.
The other Flop-Artists didnt have anything to lose AFAIK (maybe Luna, dont know).
Eden is some kind of national Hero and wont regret anything (and has nothing to regret btw.)

Everyone had a bad experience in there, most of this year's artists will regret participating as "persons" (Eden Golan is the first one on this list), but let's analyze everyone in a specific way.
Winners: :ch::hr::ua::fr::il: (Eden became the national symbol of "the world hates us Jews", I think Israelis will appreciate her) :ie:

Goal achieved: :am::pt::de::lu::cy::lv::fi::ge::es::sl:
Good experience but not every goal was achieved: :it::se::gr::lt::rs::ee::at::cz::sm: (hope Megara don't get an Achille Lauro downgrade)
Bad experience: :no::dk::al::mt::md::az::is:
Damaged: :uk::be::au::pl: (basically, the ones who had bad live performances)

:nl:: Joost became kind of a national hero: obviously he was not a winner of this Eurovision, but I think his participation strenghtened his position in the Netherlands. And Europapa is one of the best songs in the charts.

Would Gate really regret participating? They did qualify at least, despite the poor GF result. And got some additional European exposure. I don't know about their career before this - would this result harm their career in Norway?

I'm surprised that Dizzy has made no impact in UK. I Wrote A Song did go top 10, IIRC.
