I think that costs for televoting/SMS, should be equal in each country. If it will be that same cheap in all countries, EBU will have a more money from people votes.

Couldn't be done unless all calls were non profit as many western countries have very strict broadcasting rules over phone votes used for profit even if a penny and therefore by law recquire a longer cooling down period than what the interval time offers.

This is not possible, you know right? Because all phone compaines have their own system and even EBU has no right to direct them about how it costs.

I know that is not possible, but EBU should impact on it. Let's see cost of voting in some countries
- 0,65 or 0.95€
- 0,74€
- 0,13€
- 0.67€
- 0,50€
- 0.89€
And to opposite
- 3,69 or 3,92 PLN
It's fair, yes ?

I musta have at least 5 votes on my phone - for each semis and for the final - usually hard to make up my mind finally. Otherwise perhaps I can sell the 4 extra votes to the highest bidder as well.

One vote per country. So you can vote for more than one country but only once for each. That would probably be difficult.
