No, it is not a bug. This option has been disabled in Eurovision areas to reduce the amount of spam we have been experiencing lately. If you need to start a new thread in a certain section and you can not, please contact me and I will issue a permission.

Seriously, can we get an update on the emojis? It's getting super annoying

Cry no more They are slightly different from previous emojis though, e.g. flags are now round:

Just to add if you try to refresh the page without clicking 'post' again, normally this will show the completed post/thread. I'm trying to work with our tech team to fix this once again while still allowing us to control spam.

The round flag for Palestine is called "Palestinian Territories." I think it should be called "Palestine" like the rectangular flag. I do appreciate the upgrade of the rectangular flag.

I think you should be able to create one yourself. This option is not available in certain sections to reduce spam but Nemo's Nook is not among them at the moment.
