Thought it might be nice to make a thread to ask about updates seeing as how I can't find the new forum thread.

First thing I'd like to ask is if we could get a slight aadvance on the current avatar limits? Something like 150x150 and max of 750kb-1mb would be great, especially seeing as how the limit yesterday was FAR bigger

Anyway, the limit yesterday was far bigger because I tested certain things so it won't be the same for sure.
150x150 is too big. If you're gonna pay for capacity we will do that

Any way of changing when posts are marked as read? It seems right now that it depends on when you visit. It'd be better if it was like it used to be, marked as read when you actually read it

BTW, I believe I accidentally deleted the other thread when I tried to move it. I'm getting used to things myself

^ I think it will be changed for sure also depends of our future new style.

we will think about PM box and old "youtube" tag (we have "video" tag right now though which works for YT).
Btw, you can edit your siggy. "center" tags work fine.

That's just a detail but "Edit" button is not aligned with the "quote" and "reply" ones, on the post.


Edit: sorry, it's not "Edit" button, but the "Multi-Quote" one

The alphabet thing still hasn't been fixed, right? My PMs in Cyrillic can't be read. :-(

if it's your previous PMs they won't be fixed.
New PMs in cyrillic should work (tested on myself).

Why does my location not want to be longer when using cyrillic and greek letters but does with the latin ones...

^ I see it in Cyrillic: България
both Greek and Cyrillic alphabets work on the forum. Only things which migrated from the old board don't work - just type it again.

I did but after that I write: "- Болгария - Βουλγαρια" and that doesn't want to be shown...

It was because of length. When I wrote just "Βουλγαρια" in my location everything worked fine.

Firstly, thank you too all the admins for all the work you've put in migrating to the forum and solving our problems! Much appreciated xthank

Secondly, I wonder if it's worth making a global announcement about this:

Ok this is for everyone who thinks the NSC stuff isn't there.

Settings -> General Settings -> Thread Display Options -> Default Thread Age Cutoff -> Show All Threads

and then Save Changes. All the threads will come back

As I've noticed several members getting panicky about thread supposedly disappearing, when in fact it's just a matter of turning on this setting

Oh, the problem still remains as I wanted to include Russian one, too (all languages I've studied so far and know at least a bit). ;-) Is that possible? Could you allow a longer location. What bothers me is that when I read a thread and, actually, all threads in a subforum, it seems like it contains unread posts, but it doesn't, so I have to click on it again for it to disappear... Also, new posts disappear when the new date comes. Can I fix that on my own?

^ no more wider location.
Arabic and Kazakh are recognizable - the previous text became unrecognizable so I re-typed it and it works.
As for unread posts... I've just changed something, so we'll see if it works
