Ok I just decided that I dont like Runaway anymore. It wasn’t sung well and sounds really dated and cheesy.

Don´t know why either, for me Sandrine from :fr: is the true winner.
Fun fact, 2 days ago I was singing Dans le jardin de mon âme by the Swiss girl that year.

Il fait du temps sounded too 80s/early 90s for me back then. I mean Lara Fabian or Annie Cotton had better songs and couldn’t win. Why should Sandrine François?

1. I heard Euphoria only once as a winning performance at Grand Final live [in fact, I went to a loo during Sweden's first performance that night 🤣]. Never again. And I'm proud of it!

2. The best song ever on Eurovision was Mor ve Ötesi - Deli.

3. Euro Neuro being graded as the worst entry of all times = IQ result of most of the ESC bubble.

4. Former Czech HoD, Jan Bors' taste in music is inversely proportionate to his big ego. He's the only reason I have never voted for Czechia thus far, though I loved their entries in 2021 and 2022.

5. Performer of Russian Woman, Manizha, bought herself 10th place with the juries. Eurovision juries loved Russian money. There's no other way to explain how that chicken sang verses and grotesque props came in juries' top 10.

There. I let it out. You shouldn't allow me on this thread. I'm atomic when honest. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Why, why can't this moment last forevermore?
Tonight, tonight eternity's an open door
No, don't ever stop doing the things you do
Don't go, in every breath I take, I'm breathing you
Euphoria

For only a single time

"The long sought master of my soul, have I arrived in the right place?

The one that resists passion, angry and constrained
The long sought Master, have I arrived in the right place?

Resist, resist, resist:
Hey make me great, don't make me cry
Where's that love you preach?
Hey make me great, don't make me cry
Don't fool me with your shallow dreams

Guess the song... 🥰 And it wasn't a love song. It was political.

Re: Euphoria:

"Euro neuro, I got no ambition
For high position in competition with air condition
Different mission, different school
I got only one rule, always stay cool
Like a swimming pool" 🤣

Given that  1995 (the best ever winner by the way) is mainly an instrumental and the violinist was actually irish im claiming 1995 as an irish win meaning ireland actually won 5 times in a row thanks
That's still less ridiculous than Spanish fans and bloggers who insist that Spain was the rightful winner last year.

She was my pre-show winner. but Konstrakta and Maro had managed to knock her off her perch by the end of the season. The three of them still form my 2022 Eurovision Holy Trinity of Awesomeness.
:uk: UK calling for the last time this year

:12: :lt: Lithuania
:10: :pt: Portugal
:8: :rs: Serbia
:7: :se: Sweden
:6: :is: Iceland
:5: :fr: France
:4: :ro: Romania
:3: :ua: Ukraine
:2: :nl: The Netherlands
:1: :sl: Slovenia
Correct that was the 2022 eurovision holy trinity

I'm going to need Gustaph's extra large hat for this one...

I'd rather listen to this year's entry for :gr: than their 2020, 2021 and 2022 songs.

(I'm not saying it's particularly great, I just didn't care for the others much.)

ESC 2023 is my favourite selection of all time. There are more songs I like than ever before.

Voltaj is Romania's best entry.

There are no good songs from 1962, 1964, 1968 or 1999.

Rak Bishvilo should've won in 2013.

Qele Qele was a terrible performance.

I have a lot, folks...

Zemrën e lamë peng (Albania 2008) is the best song ever performed by a balcanic country in the competition and deserved to win in Beograd. Olta's voice is just a blessing for my ears.

Glad to know I'm not the only one being rubbed the wrong way by that guy.

I'm not even talking about the music part.
I'm just talking about his demeanor.

I wouldn't go this far but the melody alone was brilliant.
