Sometimes I know my fire burns low
But as long as you're with me I'll never get cold
'Til day and night, 'til darkness and light
I never worry when you're by my side

Oh, feelings change and seasons fade
But nothing will burn us out
Nothing can stop us now

Out of the embers
You and I are gonna light up the room (Yeah, you and I gonna light up the room)
Out of the embers
There's a fire burning for you (Yeah, there's a fire burning for you)
I feel the heat here
There's still a chance for us
Down herе in the ashes, yeah, thеre's something growing
Out of the embers
You and I are gonna light up the room (Yeah, you and I gonna light)

Light up the room
Light up the room

You and me forever, we're free
We're cool under pressure, and that's all we need
So take my hand, and forget the past
We're in this together, there's no looking back

Oh, feelings change and seasons fade
But nothing will burn us out
Nothing can stop us now

Out of the embers
You and I are gonna light up the room (Yeah, you and I gonna light up the room)
Out of the embers

Light up the room

Out of the embers

You and I are gonna light up the room (Yeah, you and I gonna light up the room)

Tumblr, mostly.
I'm just making an educated guess. The BBC can be fairly predictable though
awww, i'm just being grump for drama xheart

The UK can do whatever the hell they want. We already know the song's uptempo, so i'm praying its not something embarrassing.

After having :sm: and :md: being my #1 and #2 this year, it seems that EVERYTHING is possible this season; especially the unexpected! - Actually, now I'm really certain that the :uk: will have a fair shot at becoming another favourite :D

If there was ever a year in the last 10 years that I would want a good entry more than ever, it would be this year. Just so I don't have to hear people I like/love saying 'Bottom again, because of Brexit, Europe hates us...' etc etc etc

Don't bother hoping. A good result can also get interpreted as "see, now we command respect once we got out" :)

The only lyric to the song is "I". I know that's because it was probably hastily taken down, but I'd fine with that was just the lyrics.

Either just him saying "I" once, or him singing "I" constantly through out the song is fine by me.

I mean it would be easy to learn, just "IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII" for three minuets.

This year has given us multiple surprises that honestly maybe the UK is just gonna pop this year :O

I am keeping an open mind until the song comes out.

Curious though, is it going to be one of those uptempo songs that kinda just sit there, flatly, or is it going to be a bop

Can't wait for us all to be disappointed after this self built hype.

UK needs to send something that captivates the televote. Juries '''''have not been a problem''''' when good entries were on point, see Lucy Jones or Molly. It's televote who has punished the UK all the time. This doesn't apply to years in which the songs have been absolute trash, because they were also bypassed by juries

I'm trying not to be hyped but I don't know why I have a good feling for the UK this year. I won't say it too loudly cause I had the same feeling with my country and then 'Voy a quedarme' happened.

Well good or bad we'll find out this week. So we had better get our excuses ready for when/if we end up in the bottom five again.

It better be a collab with Taio Cruz, nothing less.
Senhit set the bar too high to reach.

I swear to the lord above if I hear one person use the B word as an excuse for voting in relation to :uk: (either domestically or from other countries) I will lose with crap all over the joint. So done with it!

C'mon bring us back to the glory days when a mid-table finish was celebrated as a success! xpray
