Yeah read that, but we all know it's not going to happen, regardless if the contest will be held in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv. If these countries won't enter ESC simply due to Israel taking part, I can't see them entering when Israel will actually host
Anyways, I don't think Eurovision should do any further non-European expansion and that's my position. Bring Kazakhstan and Lichtenstein in, maybe Kosovo (tricky one), and that's it.... Oh and Scotland, Catalonia, Basque, Flanders and Wallonia (if these would ever become recognized fully independent states, however I don't see that happening any time soon).

Apparently the Saudis are becoming quite close with Israel, probably due relation with Iran but main reason not going would probably be the LGBT ide of Eurovision additionally, it is uncertain whether it will be hosted in Israel or
