The worst ESC of the 00's

So which year do think it was the worst? Personally I don't like 2007. It's like the black year of the ESC (if there's such thing in english). It feels so strange when I recall 2007. I don't know.... I don't like listening to songs of 2007 even though I had 4-5 favourites. :roll: :roll:

It's pretty obvious it's, either 2000, or 2001 for me. Didn't like the stages, scoreboards, maybe the hosts or the songs were sort of weird and forgettable (of course, not all of them). In the end, my vote goes to 2001.

You don't ask it but, the best in my opinion have been 2003 and 2007 (in a lower level 2009)

2002 had the greatest number of songs i actually liked in an ESC, with the possible exception of 2008 (and it has nothing to do with it taking place in Estonia). I would say 2004 or 2005 or so, but around these years was sort of a gap where I didn't really pay attention to ESC, so It might have not been that bad.

It's funny...I feel exactly the same way about that year. Maybe because of the fact that the bloc-voting issue kinda escalated that year after the semi-finals. Songwise I had nothing against 2007, but there were too much political talking that year and generally there seemed to be a different atmosphere around the contest that year. So yeah...I guess I would label 2007 "the black year" of the decade too.

best years were 2005, 2004, 2009, 2008, 2007

2001 :/ .. it just had the worst songs .. shortly followed by 2003, then 2002.

2004: Generally bad songs
