I shall start a campaign to crown Norway 1995 next year's champion. Molitva is a good song, but not a worthy winner imho.

It's great and frustrating that we all share this common love of Eurovision, but our tastes are so incredibly different.

I think it would be cool to do the big tournament decade by decade, and maybe the top 5 from each decade would make up the final (with maybe 4 from the 1950s and 1 from the 2010s). Then no decade would be overrepresented.

Or an Old Era Tournament (1956-1998) as well as a New Era Tournament (1999-2011), since there was a huge significant change that happened in 1999 when they dropped the orchestra, allowed backing tracks, dropped the language rule etc. The old era for me is the SONG contest, whereas the new era seems to be the SHOW contest.

I also think that next year's edition should ignore 2012 songs. The overrepresentation of 2011 songs at this year's Big Tournament was a source of great exasperation for me.

Yes, I think so too! I thought this was so annoying and blatantly obvious why all the 2011 songs got through.

I was definitely hoping for either Luxembourg 1972 or Norway 1995 to win.

And I agree with ya about the 2011ers. None of those were big tournament final worthy in my opinion.

Serbia 2007 - quite nice winner. I didn´t like the song, when it one, but the last year, I really got liking it.
My personal All-time favorit Andorra 2009 didn´t have a quite good result ^^
