Indeed. Another point for the return to televoting only. Even French ballads gets the vote from the people and the countries are as varied as could be. Artists too.

Very nice list. I was looking for something like this and just today I started to compile televoting data beginning in 1997, when Katrina and the Waves swept the televotes.

The ranking would be more precise if votes and potential votes from countries that use juries would not be included, for example the votes from Ireland 2003 or Netherlands 2000, and many more.
Also, I would not add the votes and potential votes of San Marino.
