Well... Fourth place is fantastic, but the song didn't live up to the legendary runner-up placement in the NSC 180 final. I was deluded to think this would beat Kazakhstan and I overhyped "Labyrinth" as a result. Though "Labyrinth" got the best result since Japan's last winner and that's still something to be proud of.

Kataomoiwazurai as an entry has a tragic backstory within this forum which is now concluded with a happy ending. A great placement for a very erratic song that ordinary listeners would not be into. This truly shows how loyal following and long-lasting fanfare can do wonders for great pieces of art to prove themselves. This is what the points are showing, thank you!
