Will be interesting to see how much damage this year's disaster has done to Melodifestivalen, the headlines have not been pretty during these past weeks.

At least I think the dream of getting more mainstream acts to participate is probably dead for the rest of this decade, can't imagine someone like Darin signing up and risking winning. The field of artists/songwriters will probably look as incestuous as the past couple of years.

I don't care if Melfest is the biggest NF, I find most of the typical entries boring (especially knowing it's the usual 2-3 songwriters behind most of them). I usually watch ESC to root for other countries than Sweden (the few times I *really* liked our entry was in 2007, 2012, 2022)...
