Malou's song sounds like a classic American teenage movie soundtrack. I don't see going past the second chance (or the new semi-final if you wish). The staging is nothing much. Just a bunch of dancers jumping on a couch and an armchair. Oh there's also a drummer there.

They were my equal favourites of MF2015 (which was a pretty good year at that) and yet they didn't even get out of the semifinal

A weak first heat. I didn't particularly like any of the songs. But Robin and Omar will easily advance to the final and then Malou and Theoz to AC, well to the semi-final.

Bananas ticks all the boxes for me! Th legend Ace Wilder is one of the songwriters and it shows & I know Malou will deliver this!
This is the one to beat for me.

Really disappointing bunch of songs to open with, is my immediate impression, but after a few repeats....

I kind of like Danne Stråhed, at first i thought it was just silly, but it's actually one of the more solid songs here.

I really hated Malou Prytz' previous entries, but this one's surprisingly tolerable, seems like she's going in a different direction entirely, and it might be one of the better ones in this semi.

Shirley Clamp..... the song isn't that great, but still one of the better ones here. Robin Bengtsson, i just hate the guy and don't want to see him in MF any more, but i kinda appreciate that he's doing something else and not going with what people expect of him. I can see these four being the qualifiers, in any order.

Omar Rudberg really disappointed me, i hoped for something like his previous entry (undeserved NQ!) but this is just silly and pointless psuedo-latin pap, unless he can really blow everyone away with the performance this could end up last again.

THEOZ is just lame to me, bubblegum pop that doesn't excite in any way. Cornelia Jakobs i didn't care for at all from the preview, i don't get what others see in it, but i guess if she really sells it on stage it could excuse the uninspired songwriting, it's all about performance here.

So i guess i'll be rooting, and voting for Danne and possibly Malou or Shirley, unless someone else really surprises. Hope none of them ends up winning though, this is a really weak bunch of songs!
