Welcome to another spinoff in Cherniya, all thanks to an idea invented by Yaponesia's very own Nati:

start casting your minds back to 2004, thinking of not just the music you liked, but the music you would have wanted to share in particular with random strangers on the internet (which is basically NSC now, but the key thing is applying this to your *current age -10* mindset, interesting no?)

Basically, NSC and you guys are back to the year of 2004, think of yourself around that time, which entries would 2004 you want to send to NSC? (Try to focus over your taste back in 2004 rather than your taste now in 2014 ^^).

Needless to say that the entry cannot be released later than 31.12.2004

Technically you're allowed to send NSC entries to spinoffs and vice/versa - but it's obviously discouraged.
