"Girls can do anything" is the choice Slovenia should avoid: these kind of songs are always overrated by the "Slay qween !1!1!!!!1!" fans but always do poorly in Eurovision, because they sound like a recycled piece of music with some other girl singing. Not only LUMA, but even BQL, Anabel and Stela Sofia will be better choices than July this year, imo.

I have a strange feeling that one of the EMA fresh contestants will win. And yes, most probably that will be LUMA.
Why?
First of all, all of them have qualified for the grand finals, although we had better songs among the "experienced" acts.
They also probably want to show that Ema Fresh has a meaning in a sense that someone from that competition can also win. It would not have much sense organizing it over and over again and not having a winner out of it. And by having an act from Ema Fresh winning they could confirm their selection strategy.
Plus LUMA girl, already works for the national television.

Anything else but a Luma victory would be a travesty here IMO.
I loved BQL’s “Heart of Gold” a few years ago but their song this year is very weak.
That “Girls Can Do Anything” song is cringey and more suited for junior eurovision.

Certainly still team LUMA here too, but I must admit I am slowly falling more in love with both July and Batista Cadillac. Mim Pravil is quite reminiscent of some 2011 entries - namely Caroban and Change. It's really quite charming and the lead singer is phenomenal.

I think Luna is my favourite. I think it would also be a great choice, because it would definitely stand out. I like Batista Cadillac and Gusti. I also like Še vedno si lepa, it has this old nostalgic vibe (Cro 2004 vibes) and I love Slovenian in it. It sounds so pretty.

Stela Sofia might not have gotten much attention, but I'm glad she's in the final. Her song is cute and the live performance was on point. It's great to see such young talents on stage.
