But the performance was quite dull, otherwise she would've been higher

Pretty much all Albanian entries are amazing and this is not an exception, but yeah, they seem to forget about stage performance/choreography or they make it too over-the-top/bizarre.

Olta Boka, the singer who represented Albania in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest, has recorded a new song together with her father. The song is called Tak tak, ja bën tek porta and it was first performed in public during the Maratona e këngës popullore festival.
