I have now listened to the song an extra time and I must say that it is not THAT similar to the song "Puppet On A String", the UK entry from 1967. I think that it is so little similar to that song that it should be allowed, still we need to look on more views in this matter before a final decision, in the meanwhile, Akkåville is competing in the contest!

yes but that was another case, Soraya was entered on NSC before that song was even accepted to the Spainish NF for ESC
but I agree we should leave this as it is as it's already too late....
