Gosh, Daniel Schumacher is a thing like Sebastian "Basti" Schmidt in terms of they will just never go away and stop trying to become famous while having no-star-appeal at all. Actually I just realise they look and sound the same. Are we sure its not the same person?! The latter one is right now on The Voice of Germany so maybe he sits this year out to try in San Marino meaning Daniel can take his spot as the over-proteged-german entrance on their pre-selection. :LOL:

I really enjoyed some of his performances when he was part of the show (it was the last edition I followed/watched) but his solo material has been quite underwhelming:

I remember the DSDS season with him, I was soo pissed when he very narrowly won the final against Sarah Kreuz. :(

He may have a good voice (in my opinion slighty irritating if you listen longer) but he has the stage presence of a wet kitchen towel and is generally just boring!! xbored
