Could also be a consequence of these countries being among the most computerized/internetized. It's not public knowledge how the figures are calculated by Google I think. Views per person per country? Absolute numbers wouldn't be fair. Also, most viewers doesn't have an account or an accurate account.

Sometime ago (year) I tested the Youtube view feature for an artist I love and for which the video was unfairly low.
As I understood, I had to have an account to be recognized (views without tie to an account is not counted) and my views was only counted once despite repeated views during a week. I'm not 100% sure about this though.
