Nuclear winter, struggle for survival, crime, violence and dying for what we believe in. All that makes a background for some epic music with a criminally catchy chorus. Classic power metal style together with frozen ruins and a bottle of nuka-cola join alcohol, airships, fairies and pirates on the list of all things Rumian.

NSC 113 is still going on, but we're already making preparations further ahead. Stage is being constructed, beer is brewing and we are looking for voters!
The formula is basically the same as always - 9 artists, 9 songs, 12 voters. But the tweak is that we're splitting the NF into two stages - siqrit and open.
- Siqrit part will start as soon as the first country applies - songs will be sent in private to the first 6 who sign up.
- Open part will take place during NSC 115 confirmation period and will close when 6th (12th in total) country sends their votes.

We're changing the climate for a while. If you remember Czesław Śpiewa, you are going to love this. After a fairly long time we're sending an indie ballad again. Mela Koteluk, who's also sang in duet with our famous entrant https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brftyIVBy4c, fully lives up to Rumia's short, but proud indie legacy with her newest song, Fastrygi.
