Oh i think what killed ester was 100% the styling. Keep the hair and dress from the NF and she qualifies easily. Instead she looked like... Member of Pansy Parkinson's Gang of Bitchy Slytherin Girls #5.

I was quite sure they would made it... Romania has been in the final in the past with much weaker entries. Same for Armenia. I wonder if the new voting system makes it more difficult for the notorious "automatic qualifiers".

Robbed to the highest heavens I voted for it 10 times. I loved the branding exercise at the end with the massive shot of peonies.

I still have mixed feelings. I do love the first minute of the song especially the build up when the beats kick in. But then it is not developing. Same for the performance.

But for me it was the best Romanian entry in years and I expected a qualification (instead of Albania).

Nothing wrong with the song and/or the staging. It was just too avant-garde for Eurovision, so no wonder that cheap televoting didn't support it.

so bizarre televoting didn't go for this. yes, the song isn't a first time thing, but that staging was very muchba romania-esque first time thing. i thought she was the 11th placer. SADDEST.
