IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

Due to shortage of budget and time constraints, RTRS has decided that Riya-Sampetrina will be taking a break for an edition or two, much to the protest of the general public as well as the supporting allies. Despite that, it promises that they will keep up the tradition of sending their votes to the finals of NSC as always, in hopes of joining the main roster.

The Riya-Sampetrinian delegation has sent an apology to any mishap and/or injury caused, but they would like to thank everyone who has supported the nation on its road to the roster.​

omfg I thought I entered this editions thread and just saw "IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT" and almost died thinking you were announcing some awful game changing error in the voting.
