Hei hei fellow NSCers!

Starting today, Riya-Sampetrina will be undergoing some minor adjustments, including releasing a brand new flag in honour of this glorious event. This new flag will be flying Riya-Sampetrina's colours from its debut in NSC onward, replacing the current one used in its WLSC days. It will be released around the finals of the current edition to the start of the next edition.

It wasn't sent to NSC yet apparently, yet it was sent to WLSC before by Kadis, so it's still valid to import any entries from WLSC to NSC (as long as the entry isn't sent there to NSC before yet at that time of confirmation). Just like my WLSC entry Elif under Trash Canyon.
