1st pair
A.The regions can send only songs originating from their own regions
(for example: Catalonia can send only Catalan song)
B.The regions can send any song from their own country
(for example: Catalonia can send any Spanish song)

2nd pair
C. If there is a region, the main jury of this country can send a song from this region
(for example: Spain can send Catalan song)
D. If there is a region, the main jury of this country can't send a song from this region
(for example: Spain can't send Catalan song)

Since the thread is locked, I'll write it here: Having a poll with a margin of victory of 1 is just ridiculous. It should have been kept open longer if it was that close.

I don't like 3 either. in fact, I seriously dislike it.

as for 2, it is better than 1. in short, we would have, for example, 3 ppl in one jury, each sending their song.
being connected with certain region doesn't give any edge or whatever to the contest - what effect would me being stuck with performers from Zagreb would have on you? how would you even know that I'm choosing performers only from Zagreb? I hope u understand what I want to say, cause it's kinda hard to explain it in short

Regions, ugh...had no idea that was official. I have no interest in this experiment anymore if this is really the direction we're heading. There have been taken far too many opposite decisions of what I've felt would be right for a new contest, so voting in this would just be pointless for me.
