I'm going to summerize all the points later, your points will not count if you cant limit yourself to one song from 1969.

that‘s fine by me ;)
But if you don‘t give equal chances to score to all winners if 69 then your result will be flawed anyway (with or without my and @Ezios points). Because by your sytem any winner of 69 has four times lesser chances to score compared to the winners of all the other years. So if you want a valid result, you might consider changing your rule.

It's not designed to be fair or an exact representation of which song is most popular. It's just a game. I wount change the rules mid-game, rules that most people have followed while voting, that would open up for everyone to have to re-do their original vote to include all 1969 songs.
