I checked up how Ireland tends to vote for the UK in the televote, in recent years it's usually been around 2-4 points in the televote....the only exception was in 2018 with Surie (where we gave them 10 points in the televote...but a part of me feels like the stage invasion had a lot to do with that, being their neighbour we probably just cared more.

We gave 5 televote points to Cyprus for fuego....so that's my reasoning why El Diablo might just miss out on points from us in the televote, in a stronger year I'm not sure if Ireland will respond to it as much.

Honestly I fully expect to be way off, this year feels really hard to predict. The only thing I feel comfortable saying is that Ireland will give 12 points in the televote to Lithuania.

Not a bad prediction actually, and I am glad that we gave our 12 to Lithuania and not Russia. Bulgaria and Belgium were not far from making it (15th and 13th), San Marino was very off though (21st, but who saw that coming?). Instead we gave 07 to 03 to and 01 to .

Wow, I was actually fairly good at it - the top 5 being correct especially. Only 3 of them we didn't vote for, and those that did were almost correctly guessed, just up or down a place. As for the others Portugal & Sweden were 11th & 12th. Cyprus 13th, the rest were a bit more off. Pretty good imo
