Pre-Official Theme and Logo Discussion

Before the theme and logo for the 2020 contest is officially announced, let's discuss what kind of theme, cheesy slogan, or logo that The Netherlands could possibly use.

I feel the need to discuss this because I find some possibility of The Netherlands reworking this iconic pinwheel logo. They used it in 1970, 1976 and 1980 contests:

When seeing this, I get a feeling that they will do a slightly more modernized version of it...I mean, it is a round shape and the slogan starts with an O after all....

It would sound better if it was Open up to Rotterdam or something like that.
