whan an amazing NF! Probably my favorite so far - along with UMK and Eesti Laul. There is like 8 songs that I love and would probably be in my top 10 (at least) in Eurovision. I just hope Europe and the juries are ready to accept them and not underrate them.

Another solid edition of FdC. We're still far away from something like Dianna - "Como Antes" taking part, but it's ok.

In the last two editions i liked more FdC songs than in the entire past decade.
Keep it up. Keep the variety.

My favourites are

#1 Karetus & Romeu Bairos 10/10
It reminds me of Stereossauro! What a massive sound. It's modern yet traditional + it got some melancholic vibe.
I can see myself voting for Portugal this year if they send this to Eurovision

#2 EU.Clides 9/10
Laid-back and chill tune, modern arrangement. Sounds very contemporary.

#3 Pedro Goncalves 7/10
Amazing pre-chorus, love the built-up. Cute song.

#4 NEEV 7/10
I would love to get such an entry from a basic Eurovision country such as Norway, Denmark or Germany but please... Portugal has a way more distinctive sound. I love Portugal being bold in Eurovision and this song is just another called-in typical Eurovision ballad. The arrangement in the last minute is amazing, though. I really do like this song but no, I don't want to see this in Eurovision for Portugal.

NEEV is the clear clear stand out here in my opinion. I just hope the juries won't automatically murder him for being in English.
Karetus is a bit too repetitive, but it's quite a bop and really stands out in this line-up too. Nadine, Pedro Gonçalves, mema, The Black Mamba and Carolina Deslandes are good too.

However, I can already see the drama in march. The juries will bury NEEV and The Black Mamba for the English and Karetus for being a bit more pop-ish and Carolina will win by default. And it will be a huge shame for an inferior ballad like Carolina's to win against NEEV which does that genre much much better.

I LOVE Carolina's song, but I do worry about how European audience will react to it. Hope it's more in the lines of AMPD than of 'O Jardim'

So these are my stand-outs:

Nadine - Cheguei Aqui : I love me some Fado
Valéria - Na Mais Profunda Saudade : Love me some Fado vol.2. Beautiful intrumentation.
mema. - Claro Como Água : Love love it!

Karetus & Romeu Bairos - Saudade : Interesting, a little repetitive.
Pedro Gonçalves - Não Vou Ficar : Enjoyable and cute with a nice melody!

Did I mention that I love Fado?

It is extremely difficult for me to rank this..and choose no1 especially, I think I'm leaning a bit towards EU.CLIDES..but I dunno..

I got excited beforehand with all the comments here.. I don't think I heard the same songs. There a couple that stand out, but nothing special after a first listen. I`ll try to give it a few more tries.
