I read from somewhere else that his jury final performance wasn't good, but he certainly stepped up for the televote final. Maybe that's a problem in that two different performances are being judged and that can lead to contradictory results.

I would have never thought this would turn out to be such a guilty pleasure after the semi. I was singing along the chorus and it was so laughable when he reached third place from the public, his reaction was "in yo face juries, in YO FACE" LOL

I'm shocked at the televoting results, clear diaspota voting case.
Now I think juries treated Poland unfairly back in 2014, and while I don't agree that this should have been bottom 2 and I still think juries are politically voting against Poland, I still have to say that I agree more with juries this time around.

He was really good and looked poetic on stage. I believe he got genuine votes from the public. I liked it very much.

Can anyone tell me why this did so well? Am actually on the side of the juries in this case; watched this year's ESC with a few friends, this one was actually our Pizza-break, we all thought it was fairly boring and out-dated :S
I think this is because many people think this is a very charming song, and it is easy to remember. Michal has also outstanding vocals.

Doda is over.
Ewelina said she would do Eurovision "dla jaj" (don't know how to translate into Polish
"for fun" more or less), that means she thinks the contest is a joke. Don't know about her dancing skills, she took part in "Dancing with the stars" so it helped maybe.. Lisowska would be ok, I support her, she went to my school

I voted for Michał 7 times in the final and I'm happy, that it was not in vain.
And the juries... oh,well. I don't care about the juries at all. It is clear, that this bunch of "professionals" are not professionals.
They judge by anything, but not by the music. And I have no idea why they don't like Poland - low placings from year to year.

Maybe Doda is not so popular anymore, but with a right song I think she would be an amazing choice. This year, song like 'Riotka' would have brought you into Top 5 for sure.

Indeed. This got the worst reaction in my house, especially from the non-fans. I don't remember seeing so many snoozes in 3 minutes. It was insanely boring.

Are you sure? I think she has amazing voice but her recent songs have been quite mediocore
